How to purchase

Here at BORN Nordic we only deal with retailers and public institutions. Therefor it's not possible to purchase if you are a privat consumer.

New customer

If you wish to be a customer at BORN Nordic you need to create an account. You do that by clicking here CREATE ACCOUNT or in the menu bar. You can also send an email to info@bornnordic.com. To create an account we need the following information:

VAT number
Company name
Phone number
Invoice address
Contact person: First name and last name
Email for login

When you have either created the account yourself or send us an email we will typically activate your account within a few hours. If it takes much longer you are welcome to contact us and ask for a status update.

Order

When you need to order the process will be like this:

1. Login to your account
2. Add the wanted products to your basket and choose the wanted amount
3. Go to the basket to review your order or go directly to checkout
4. Choose the wanted shipping address and delivery method
5. Choose the wanted invoice address and add a purchase number (optional)
6. Approve our terms and conditions and place the order
7. Your order will now be processed and you will receive an invoice once the order has been shipped

Public institution

If you represent a public institution we offer an easy and manageable ordering. All you need to do is to follow the steps above and choose EAN payment in the end of the checkout. We will take care of the rest and you should receive the order within 1-2 days for shipments to Denmark.

It is only public institutions that can order by EAN.
